Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bali for a Cluster Sales Manager. The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and monitoring sales performance. The Cluster Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends and competition.

• Sales Leadership and Management skills

• Experience in developing sales strategies and setting sales goals

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Customer Relationship Management skills

• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
